Giveaway Rules

1. Eva’s Home For Life Giveaway is run by Eva’s Initiatives for Homeless Youth, whose administrative office is located at 401 Richmond Street W, Suite 245, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5V 3A8.
2. Anyone who has participated in setting up the giveaway or is supporting the administration of the giveaway is not permitted to enter.
3. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
4. The giveaway prize will be distributed to the winner at Eva’s Home For Life event on June 20th at Evergreen Brick Works (550 Bayview Ave, Toronto, ON M4W 3X8) 6:00 – 9:00 PM.
5. This giveaway is intended for individuals/groups with real and active Instagram accounts. Entries from false, spamming, inactive, or otherwise illegitimate accounts are not permitted and will be removed from giveaway participation at Eva’s discretion.
6. Entrants into this giveaway must be available to attend Home For Life on June 20th at Evergreen Brick Works (550 Bayview Ave, Toronto, ON M4W 3X8) 6:00 – 9:00 PM.
7. Closing date for entry is April 30th, 2018 at 11:59 PM. After this date/time, no further entries will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes will be clarified on Eva’s website, www.evas.ca, as soon as possible.
10. No cash alternative to prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of near or equivalent value without notice.
11. Winners will be chosen at random by Eva’s.
12. The winner will be notified by direct message via Instagram within 24 hours of the closing date and time. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
13. Eva’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway is final.
14. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other Social Network. We discourage any unauthorized or unpermitted behaviour on these social networks in the course of this giveaway.
